This debacle is not an example that Baker & Taylor should use to demonstrate their customer service! Fax line is are not busy — it isn’t working. Notices were not sent out to long-term customers, although B&T claims they did an email blast. I know of numerous Goergia libraries who did not receive one and only found out at the last minute. Scholastic hasn’t gained any points in my book either.
